		<description><![CDATA[Congratulations on a great first home brew, Matt!  I tend to take your approach on a long secondary, mostly because I think bottling is a pain. Tip: try carb tabs - they take allot of the guess work out of priming sugar. 

Was the brew a family affair, or did you keep it to yourself? Drinking or not, I love the science and principles behind home brewing. Keep it up!]]></description>
